We will be grateful to you for your cooperation in complying with these Terms, which is intended to ensure calmness and security of all our guests.

§ 1
1. The written, e-mail or phone booking becomes valid only upon the payment of the required deposit.
2. Prepayment of 30% must be paid within five working days of making the reservation. No prepayment within a specified period can affect on your booking (including cancelation).
3. The advance payment is not refundable.
4. After receipt of payment we will send you a confirmation note (e-mail or phone).

§ 2
1. Rooms in the Gabriela Guest House are rented for the day charge.
2. Check-in from 14.30pm to 11.00am the next day.
3. Guest of Gabriela Guest House Gabriel should determine the length of stay and settle the payment in advance for the whole period.
4. If our customer did not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day only.
5. Wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival, guests should contact the our front desk before 10.00am the last of stay day.
6. Gabriela Guest House take into account the wishes of extension of stay as far as possible.

§ 3
1. Guests of Gabriela Guest House undergo check-in of an identity card or passport.
2. Those not checked may stay in a room of Gabriela Guest House from 7.00am to 22.00pm, after the notification of this fact at the reception.
3. Guests of Gabriela Guest House can’t give room to others, even if the period has not expired, for which he paid the fare.

§ 4
1. Gabriela Guest House provides services in accordance with its category and standard. For reservations on the quality of services, please report them as soon as possible at the reception, which will enable us immediate reaction.
2. Gabriela Guest House provides:
- fully comfortable stay conditions,
- Safety of the stay, including the disclosure of confidential information about our customer
- Professional and friendly customer service.
3. In the case of defects that can’t be removed, Gabriela Guest House will take steps to as far as possible to replace a room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

§ 5
1. Please notice that is curfew at Gabriela Guest House from 22.00 pm until 6.00 am the following day.
2. The behavior of our guests and visitors of Gabriela Guest House should not interfere other guests a pleasant stay. Gabriela Guest House may refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this rule.
3. Gabriela Guest House may refuse to accept visitors, whose during a previous visit grossly violated the rules, causing damage to our property or our guests or otherwise disturb the functioning of Gabriela Guest House.

§ 6
1. At the end of the stay, the guests should check closing the door and leave the key at the front desk.
2. Guests of Gabriela Guest House are financially responsible for any damage, damage to equipment and technical devices of our property arising from their fault or the fault of their visitors.
3. Due to fire safety are prohibited in our rooms use of any heaters, kettles, electric irons and other similar devices are not representing the equipment room.
4. Due to the comfort and safety of our guests are non-smoking rooms (for the bathroom). Smoking is permitted only in designated locations.

§ 7
1. Complaints should be submitted in writing, by post or email. Gabriela Guest House reserves the time to resolve the complaint within 14 days.
2. Personal belongings left by our guests will be sent to the address indicated by the guest's cost.
3. Parking of vehicles is allowed only in the space indicated during check-in.
4. Parking available to our guests is free and unguarded.
5. Gabriela Guest House takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
